Woodward West is proud to welcome The Eagle Food & Beer Hall and Sugaring NYC, an organic waxing and lash studio, to the first floor. The Eagle will occupy the corner of Woodward and Stimson. Sugaring will be located further south on Woodward. Both will open in 2023.
In addition, developers have announced a new Target and AC Hotel by Marriott are coming soon across from Woodward West. The historic Bonstelle Theatre will also be renovated.

Getting Around

Car
Midtown is the center of Detroit’s hub and spoke freeway system putting the entire metro area within reach.

Streetcar
Connecting Midtown to New Center and downtown, the QLine runs 3.3 miles along Woodward Ave.

Bus
DDOT and SMART operate routes along Woodward Ave. connecting the city of Detroit and surrounding suburbs.

Bike
Bike lanes connect Midtown to Eastern Market, the Dequindre Cut, riverfront and beyond. A bike share station is located one block south.

Scooter
Several brands of scooters are available throughout the city, including Bird, Lime, Spin and LINK.

Foot
With a neighborhood walkability score of 85 out of 100, people have no problem getting around.
