All In Midtown
In many ways Midtown is the heart of Detroit, home to some of the country’s premier cultural, educational and medical institutions, nestled among historic neighborhoods and vibrant urban corridors. Woodward West is centrally located in Midtown near downtown Detroit. Walk to restaurants, museums, concerts, sporting events and nightlife in addition to everyday destinations like a coffee shop, grocery store, bakery, bank, fitness club and doggy day care.
Woodward West is proud to welcome The Eagle Food & Beer Hall and Sugaring NYC, an organic waxing and lash studio, to the first floor. The Eagle will occupy the corner of Woodward and Stimson. Sugaring will be located further south on Woodward. Both will open in 2023.
In addition, developers have announced a new Target and AC Hotel by Marriott are coming soon across from Woodward West. The historic Bonstelle Theatre will also be renovated.
